David Rossetti | 850-591-6161 | david@exitrealtycafe.com

David Rossetti has been a successful entrepreneur for over 20 years. After a long career in the restaurant business he ventured into the real estate market in the Early 90's and has operated multiple, successful, businesses.

After relocating to Wakulla County he has demonstrated the professionalism and impeccable timing of opening his own real estate office at the lowest point in the market. In doing so he was able to capitalize on the slow market conditions by focusing on REO's and Short Sales. Today he is being instrumental in bringing Rossetti Realty/EXIT Realty Cafe to the forefront in the local community and establishing long lasting relationships. Member of Wakulla Chamber of Commerce, and 2015-16 awarded for being in the TOP 5% of production in the Tallahassee Board of Realtors. Thank you Wakulla and Leon Counties! We need agents so if you are considering a career move, give us a call and Text 4MM to 85377 for more information.

Now, Let's get you HOME!

Roberto "Roby" Castillo

Hi! I'm Roby Castillo and I have lived in the Tallahassee area for four years now. I moved from the Chicagoland area and was happy to see the variety of affordable properties available in Tallahassee. From city apartments and townhomes to rural homes with acreage, the Tallahassee area has a lot to offer for everyone.

In 2017, I obtained my real estate license to complement my solo law practice. As a licensed attorney and real estate agent I am able to provide my clients with the highest level of assistance. Many issues in real estate are complex and required a trained legal mind to find solutions.

EXIT REALTY is a great company providing their clients with excellent customer service and the best use of technology in the real estate market. EXIT REALTY also regularly participates in community service projects. Their commitment to helping others attracted me to the company as I also regularly volunteer my time to provide pro bono legal work and participate in various animal rescue adventures.

I am originally from Chicago. I attended Knox College in Galesburg, IL. I have worked a variety of jobs while obtaining a Master's in Animals and Public Policy from Tufts University in Grafton, MA and a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University School of Law in Chicago. I became a licensed Florida attorney in 2013 and moved to the Tallahassee area that same year. My wife, Sarah, and I enjoy being outdoors. We are involved in animal rescue and currently share our home with three dogs and two cats. In our free time, we enjoy sailing, motorcycling, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and bicycling.

Lionel Dazevedo

I believe that first and foremost is the buyers and/or sellers welfare. Because the single largest investment most people make in their lifetime is Buying or Selling Real Estate; the responsibility of providing accurate, pertinent information needs to be taken very seriously. Most importantly helping the buyer/seller make the best possible decision for themselves by providing all the tools they need to make the decision and accomplish their goals. Professionalism has been a number one priority throughout my career.
