David Rossetti 850-591-6161 email@example.com
David Rossetti has been a successful entrepreneur for over 20 years. After a long career in the restaurant business he ventured into the real estate market in the Early 90's and has operated multiple, successful, businesses.
After relocating to Wakulla County he has demonstrated the professionalism and impeccable timing of opening his own real estate office at the lowest point in the market. In doing so he was able to capitalize on the slow market conditions by focusing on REO's and Short Sales. Today he is being instrumental in bringing Rossetti Realty to the forefront in the local community and establishing long lasting relationships. Member of Wakulla Chamber of Commerce, and 2012 awarded for being in the TOP 5% of production in the Tallahassee Board of Realtors. Thank you Wakulla and Leon Counties!

When you're looking for the kind of personalized service and responsiveness that existed before the world became automated, look to Crawfordville Real Estate Agent, Mary Applegate.
While she embraces technology as a tool to help her communicate with clients and market her listings, she believes in old-fashioned activities like answering her phone, listening carefully, and being responsive to her client's wants, needs, questions, and concerns. Since 2003, Mary believes on staying on top of things, from her early beginnings as an licensed assistant and then branching out on her own, with listings and selling. For her it's just a matter of following procedure, maintaining communications, and being persistent.
Mary relocated from Southwest, Florida to Crawfordville, Florida in 2007 and has worked as Child Welfare Case Manager for Abused and neglected children. Those years helped sharpen her listening skills and instilled a passion to help others.
Mary's love of real estate led her to become licensed in 2005, she regularly invests in additional courses to sharpen her skills, currently earning her first professional designation in 2013 of the GRI. Mary is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors and she has been on the Recognition and Awards committee since moving to the area in 2010.
Mary Applegate's goal is to provide personalized service that culminates in happy, satisfied clients on closing day. According to testimonials from past clients, she's doing just that.
